  1. The view of nearly 10,000 galaxies is called Hubble Ultra Deep Field.
  2. The universe began with the Big Bang, and it is estimated to be approximately 13.7 billion years old ( +,- 130 million years). There may be more universes but yet seems to a hypothetical.
  3. Universe is not static rather than expending. In 1198, the Hubble Space Telescope studied very distant supernovas and found that, a long time ago, the universe was expanding more slowly than present.
  4. Dark energy is one of the mysterious things and cause for expansion of the cosmos. It is not only expanding but also accelerating.
  5. The shape of the universe is influenced by the struggle between the pull of dark matter and rate of expansion, therefore, it might be a sphere like shape. It means universe is not infinite but has no end.
  6. The universe is filled with dark matter or invisible matter. The stars, planets and galaxies are only 4% of the universe according to the researchers. The other 96% is made up of invisible matter.
  7. It takes 225 million years for our sun to travel around galaxy.
